I.Product introduction

RopeCon ® cableway conveyor belt is composed of a combination of waveform edge conveyor belt and cableway, combined with Double Arrow's leading industry edge conveyor belt design and Dobermaya's cutting-edge conveyor system design scheme. Large leaps can be achieved with very few support stations. Compared to traditional conveying systems, RopeCon ® cable conveyor belt is more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The transportation of materials in rugged areas, through forests and other environments highlights its technological advantages.

II.Product features and specifications

• The conveying system operates in suspension and occupies a small area. The generated dust and noise are minimal and have almost no impact on the geographical environment
• The load-bearing wheel runs on the steel cable with minimal resistance, saving about 40% of power consumption.

• The transmission distance can reach 30 kilometers, and the single segment drop can reach 1000 meters.
• The inclination angle without a baffle can reach 30 degrees, while the inclination angle with a baffle can reach between 30 and 60 degrees.
• The transportation capacity can reach 25000 tons/hour, with a maximum material size of 600mm.

Case 1: Papua New Guinea

Industrial and mining conditions: horizontal length of 2,665m, height drop of 237m, material gold sand, transportation capacity of 1,200 t/h
