
Details Introduction
HXLY vertical fully automatic filter press is a high-tech solid-liquid separation equipment that is fully automatic, efficient, and energy-saving. The equipment utilizes the pressure of the pump, the gravity of the material, and the action of air or water pressure to create a pressure difference on both sides of the filter cloth, thereby achieving efficient solid-liquid separation. Widely used in the refining and chemical industry for the dehydration of oxides, electrolytic slag, leaching slag, slag, and the treatment of environmentally friendly wastewater, sludge, and waste acid.

Working Principle
After the filter plate frame is closed, the slurry enters each filter chamber through the slurry pipe at the same time. The filtrate enters the filtrate chamber through the filter cloth, then enters the filtrate hose, and finally reaches the filtrate main pipe for discharge.
High pressure water is squeezed through a high-pressure water hose and enters above the diaphragm. The diaphragm presses the filter cake against the surface of the filter cloth, thereby squeezing the filtrate out of the filter cake. Washing (optional stage): The washing liquid is pumped to the filtration chamber through the same pipeline as the slurry. As the liquid fills the filtration chamber, the diaphragm is lifted and the high-pressure water above the diaphragm is squeezed out. The washing solution flows into the discharge pipe after passing through the filter cake and filter cloth.
Secondary squeezing (optional stage) The washing solution left in the filter chamber after the washing stage is squeezed out using the method described in the second stage above. Air drying: The final drying of the filter cake is accomplished by compressed air. The air entering through the distribution pipe fills the filter chamber, and the diaphragm is lifted to discharge the high-pressure air on the diaphragm from the filter press. The airflow through the filter cake is reduced, the moisture content of the filter cake is optimized, and the filtrate chamber is emptied at the same time.
Filter cake discharge: After the drying process is completed, the plate and frame components are opened, and the filter cloth drive mechanism begins to operate. The filter cake on the filter cloth is discharged from both sides of the filter press.
