1.With the advanced DOC+DPF+SCR technology used, the machine meets the China IV emission standard. XCMG first realizes intelligent and high-end engine low emission, low fuel consumption, low noise technologies in the industry. Compared with the last-generation of XE950DA, the XE 950GA’s heavy-duty efficiency improves by 6%, fuel consumption reduces by 4%, and comprehensive maintenance cost reduces by 5%. RMB 70,000 can be saved each year.
2.High-capacity oil sump and efficient antiwear hydraulic oil. XCMG’s dedicated CK-4 engine oil with ultralow ash content is used and is replaced every 1000 h, leading the industry. The postprocessing system is maintained every 5000 h, which is twice longer than that of machines from the competitor.
3.Industry-leading XCMG Regeneration System (XRS) customized for XCMG and DPF dual-regeneration mode (non-inductive regeneration + initiative regeneration) are used, so carbon black can be cleaned automatically without machine stopping and high working efficiency can be ensured.
- Leading Power, High Efficiency And High Strength
1.Off-road engines dedicated for mines are used to provide smooth and efficient power of 447.5kW. High-performance and independent cooling system applies to hot environment of 52℃, high-power starting motor of 9.5kW, and low-temperature & high-capacity battery. The cold starting function allows starting at -25℃ and highland adaptive technology is used, so the machine makes construction on the highland like on the at ground. The average fuel consumption is about 61L/h; the average DEF consumption is 3%.
2.The independent dual-radiator system is used with the water radiator and the oil radiator independently controlled. The fan speed is automatically adjusted according to the temperature. The one-click reverse function makes it convenient and quick for radiator maintenance.
3.The cylinder block, camshaft, crankshaft, linkage and other parts are optimized, so the overhaul cycle is prolonged; a fuel system of the electronic unit pump (EUP) that applies to the Chinese market is used, so the engine fault rate is reduced; the strong dustproof capability reduces the risks of electrical component fault and engine scoring.
- Leading Quality, Excellent Details And Key Parts
1.A 100-tonnage, large diameter hydraulic valve is used, so the system pressure loss is small, the power use ratio is high, and the fuel consumption is high. A large-torque swing motor makes swing staring faster. 280cc large-displacement main pump and high system ow make operations faster.
2.The equipment uses the box-structure design and key parts use the forging structures, so welding stress concentration and defection are greatly reduced, the structural parts have sufficient strength and stiffness, and heavy-duty excavation and mining requirements can be met.
3.Boom and arm use the post-welding bulk heat treatment technology, so the stress level is reduced by 15% (only one in China and leading level around the world).
4.The swing platform, boom, and arm use the strengthened structure, so XE950GA’s carrying capacity is improved by 50%, compared with the last generation of the product.
5.A 100-tonnage mining heavy-duty chassis is used, 260 pitch heavy-duty undercarriage, strengthened track frame, H frame and so on are used to make the carrying capacity improve by 20%.
- Leading Control, Ultra Comfortable And Ultra-quiet
1.With a built-in absorber used, the machine has stronger shock resistance for construction in mines. Air-suspension seats, standard electric auxiliary heating function, and handrail & seat synchronous height adjustment function help reduce the fatigue and improve the comfort. Newly-upgraded high-power air conditioner, together with multi-air outlet design, can realize fast cooling and heating in the cab and glass defrosting.
2.Newly-designed positive-pressure cab has large space and high safety. The leakproofness is improved by 70%, compared with that of products at the same level, so the dust can be efficiently isolated and noise in the cab can be greatly reduced. The noise in the cab can be reduced to 70dB.
- Leading Functions, Intelligentization And Diversification
1. The high speed is realized based on 5G and the delay is controlled within 10ms, so the space-time restrictions is broken and the real scenario is restored to realize remote control.
2. XE950GA is equipped with a 6.2m3 rock ultra-strong bucket (standard) and double-deck wear-resisting plate. 6.5m3 reinforced bucket, 7.2m3 earthwork bucket, etc. are optional and scarifier, rock arm, breaker, scarifing bucket, etc. can be installed to meet requirements in working conditions of mine stripping, coal loading, earthwork digging, etc.
3. Power/Smart working mode can be selected. Power heavy-duty mode: high efficiency and slight fuel consumption increase; Smart normal mode: slightly low efficiency and ideal fuel consumption; the hydraulic power can be flexibly set to meet requirements in different working conditions.

- Grease must meet requirements of GB/T 7323. Grease of other standards is unqualified.
- Fuel with sulfur content lower than 15PPM(in accordance with China National VI standard of GB19147) is used.
- XCMG-dedicated engine oil with ultralow ash content (CK-4).
- DEF shall conform to GB 29518.
- When DPF needs to be cleaned, please consult your dealer authorized by XCMG Mining Machinery. The specific regeneration function must be performed first, then DPF to be cleaned must be removed, and the dust monitoring system in the engine ECM must be reset. Users are not allowed to clean DPF without permission.
