产品简介
螺旋洗砂机适用于冶金、建材、水电等行业的洗选、分级、除杂等作业，用于细粒度和粗粒度物料的洗选作业。对建筑用砂、筑路用砂石犹为适宜。
工作原理
混合物料进入沉降水槽，经中空轴低速旋转搅拌，使轻细颗粒悬浮到.上面，流到溢流边溢出;粗重砂粒则沉降槽底，由螺旋输送到排料口排出。
该套设备具有螺旋体长、密封系统好、结构简单、处理能力强、维修方便，出砂率高、含泥量低等特点，广泛用于各种矿石开采行业。
适用范围
螺旋洗砂机特别适用于制作磨料，耐火材料，水泥、石英砂、钢砂、炉渣粉等。
