本设备通过试验研究，分析不同粒级的矿物与气泡碰撞、粘附、脱落的过程及影响这些过程的原因，特别是大颗粒矿物与气泡碰撞、粘附、脱落等过程与浮选机槽深、叶轮转速及吸气量等设计参数的关系基础上，结合几十年浮选机研究经验我公司成功研制出三种既能保证常规粒级选别指标，又能提高粗级选别指标的 CGF型宽颗粒级自吸式机械搜拌浮选机。
