Working Principle

Under the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation, minerals and grinding media are distributed radially from the axial direction of the mill to the inner wall of the cylinder according to their particle size, achieving selective grinding of "large grinding, small grinding".

After slag separation, the slurry is stably fed into the mill through a variable frequency pump. The stirring plate inside the drum rotates at high speed under the drive of the main shaft, causing the grinding medium to move around the axis and rotate on its own. The mineral particles are subjected to the scrubbing force of the high-speed grinding medium, achieving the process of grinding.

Scope and Conditions of Application

Suitable for second and third stage grinding, ultrafine grinding, and intermediate ore regrinding in mineral processing plants.

The feeding particle size requirement is less than 400 μ m.

Grinding concentration of 40-50% is more conducive to adjusting the slurry concentration throughout the entire beneficiation process.

Equipment features

Feature 1: Open circuit grinding, simple configuration.

The grinding process of Aisha grinder: open circuit grinding, one in one out, no need for extension equipment, and the output particle size is finer.

Feature 3: Efficient and energy-saving for fine grinding operations

① High power density: The power density of the Aisha grinder is 300KW/m ³, while the power density of the ball mill and tower mill is 20KW/m ³;

② The specific surface area of the medium is larger: compared with the grinding medium of the ball mill with a diameter of 50mm, the surface area per unit volume of the grinding medium of the sand mill with a diameter of 3mm is increased by 20 times;

③ When P80=20 microns, the power consumption of the Aisha grinder is half of that of the ball mill; When P80=10 microns, the power consumption of the Aisha  grinder is one-fifth of that of the ball mill.

Feature 4: Variable frequency speed regulation, strong adaptability.

The ore dressing plant is affected by changes in the amount of ore fed and fluctuations in the grade of the raw ore. The grinding capacity of the second and third stage mills often fluctuates greatly. The Aisha grinder can achieve stable grinding fineness and ensure sorting indicators through frequency conversion adjustment.

Feature 5: Centralized control, simple operation.

PLC station centralized control, simple and convenient operation and control;

Can be connected to the centralized control and automation system of the beneficiation plant;

Nano ceramic balls are used in only one tenth the amount of steel balls, greatly reducing labor intensity.

Feature 6: Convenient maintenance

The guide rail type disassembly cylinder is convenient, fast, and easy to maintain.

Replacing the mixing and grading plates only requires one shift of time.

Feature 7: Safe and environmentally friendly, low labor intensity.

Adopting 2-4mm ceramic balls with small medium volume and lined with elastic wear-resistant materials inside the cylinder, the cylinder is basically noiseless during equipment operation.

Feature 8: Small footprint and low infrastructure investment

① With the same processing capacity specifications, the volume of the cylinder is less than 20% of that of the ball mill, and the footprint is small.
