It drives the media to rotate at high speed through the agitator disc, achieving ultrafine grinding of materials through impact, shear, and friction on the minerals. The centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation and the unique design of the classifier disc enable self-classification. It offers advantages such as open-circuit grinding, narrow particle size distribution, high efficiency, and energy saving.

Structural Characteristics:
Aisha Grinder is primarily composed of a grinding cylinder filled with grinding media and a rotating agitator, which features multiple agitator disks and a product separator.
Between the agitator disks, multiple relatively independent grinding chambers are formed, allowing the slurry to undergo multiple stages of grinding from inlet to outlet.
The agitator shaft rotates at high speed, stirring the grinding media to produce impact, shear, and friction effects, thereby achieving ultrafine grinding of the material.
