Based on different impact and abrasion conditions, we select appropriate high-manganese steel materials to manufacture products such as cones, jaw plates, hammer plates, liners, and hammer heads.

  • Wear-Resistant Low, Medium, and High Alloy Steel Research and Development and Series Products

Through composition design and heat treatment optimization, we have developed low, medium, and high alloy steel materials suitable for impact wear conditions. These materials have been widely used in various ball mill liners, hammer heads for hammer crushers, cones for cone crushers, and jaw plates for jaw crushers in the building materials, power, and mining industries.

  • Wear-Resistant High-Hardness High-Chromium Cast Iron Material Series Products

Through element doping and modification treatment, we have developed carbide globularized high-chromium cast iron, which has been successfully applied to products such as hammer plates, grinding rolls, impurity pumps, wear-resistant pipelines, and mixer blades.

  • Wear-Resistant Medium-Chromium Silicon Alloy Grinding Ball Material

Through the optimized combination of composition design and heat treatment processes, we have increased the content of high-hardness and tough M7C3 compounds with Ar<3%. It exhibits excellent impact resistance and fatigue spallation resistance and has been widely used in grinding balls for ball mills.

  • Development of Wear-Resistant Alloys for Weak Acid, Neutral, and Strong Alkaline Environments and Series Products

The wear resistance of the developed 2Cr13, 3Cr13, and 4Cr13 alloy material series for weak acid and neutral environments and strong alkaline alloy materials is 0.5 to 1 times higher than that of traditional high-manganese steel. They are applied to ball mill liners for copper and iron ore processing and ball mill liners for high-strength alkaline alumina slurry in aluminum plants.

  • Development of Low-Cost Cr-Mn-OSN-RE Heat-Resistant Steel and Series Products

We have developed heat-resistant steel containing nitrogen and low nickel, which has been widely used in burner nozzles for thermal power plants, cooling machine plates for cement plants, sintering grate bars for steel plants, and mining applications.

II. Tough and Wear-Resistant Steel Matrix Composites

Ceramic particle-reinforced steel matrix composites have the potential to become the preferred material for manufacturing large wear-resistant components due to their combination of high wear resistance from ceramics and strong toughness from the steel matrix. This represents a significant future technology trend. Our company has taken the lead in researching ceramic particle-reinforced metal matrix composites and their wear-resistant component preparation technologies. After more than 10 years of theoretical and experimental research, we have made breakthroughs in this field. We have prepared composite hammer plates, hammer heads, MPS grinding rolls, guide plates, and other products, with a small amount of industrial applications. Their wear resistance is 1.6 times that of foreign companies. Some research results have been identified as reaching international leading levels and have won the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress awarded by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association.
